Fall, Football & Yoga
We all know in the South, that Football means fall. We may not feel that crisp fall air just yet, but we know it’s just around the corner. As the seasons change, our bodies and minds fall into a different routine. There is a distinct mindset for summer, fall, winter, and spring. We feel it. The days become shorter, and our activities change from beach weekends, to sporty Saturdays, from long summer nights, to bedtime schedules. Yoga helps usher in this transition. It allows a connection of the mind, body, and soul, and helps breathe a sense of peace into the changing of the seasons.
Chair Yoga: Tuesdays with Hannah and Thursdays with Barbara 8:30AM. Chair Yoga is a method that allows your body to reap all the benefits of yoga in a safe and secure way! Join us!
Astanga with Hannah at 7:00AM Wednesdays. With a focus on breath, movement, and drishti, this traditional class can greatly improve your practice. All levels welcome!
Lunchtime Yoga:Take a break from work from 11:45AM-12:35PM Tuesdays with Hannah and Thursdays with Clayton. A light flow sure to have you in an easy state to conquer the rest of your day!
Private Classes take: A whole new level
Often, we think of private classes as a way to modify a traditional class after an injury, and this is absolutely a great way to encourage the body’s restorative properties after such an incident, but private classes are beneficial to all! Our mission is to encourage anyone and everyone, regardless of age, weight, flexibility, or capibility to practice yoga! We know that the first time you do anything, you probably have a bit of nerves. Schedule private instruction and ease in at your own pace or as an experienced practitioner to gain more depth.
While being present in this moment, we’ve still planned a few moments to be excited for in the future!
