A combination of the Hot 26, the Astanga Primary series, and the Journey into Power. This became known as “The Breezeville Special” and for over a year myself and 4 other yogis did this awesome practice everyday. Before a Hot 26 class a couple Yogi’s and Yogini’s were asking me about that part of my life and began challenging each other. At that moment the Breezeville Challenge was born. So are you ready for 150 minutes on the mat ? Yes 2 1/2 hours. Who will you challenge (maybe yourself). I will be there with team Breezeville welcoming all of the new and future members of this growing community of like minded people coming together extending a hand to help each other ascend to the next level. #teambreezeville #breezevilleyoga
