Laurie Ford
Instructor

Hi, my name is Laurie and I am so excited to have the opportunity to share yoga with our Montgomery community.  I especially love teaching Kids/Family yoga probably because I am such a kid at heart.  I was in the Air Force as a Registered Nurse and had the amazing opportunity to live in Germany and Turkey and to travel all over the world. I love everything outdoors especially the ocean and activities like sailing, scuba, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding. I am also very passionate about the healing and transformative power of yoga for individuals and for our Community. I really look forward to meeting you on the mat, Namaste.
