About the event
We will go thru the Sun salutation A with modifications and ways to step it up to build awesome upper body strength. We will explore the standing postures of the hot 26 series and e amazed at how shifting the foot, rotating the thigh, aligning shoulders and hips can dramatically change your practice. We will follow up with the seated section of the series the following weekend.
